The personal information requested may be used for the purposes of talent recruitment in relation to a NZ Transport Agency advertising campaign.

The NZ Transport Agency is running the recruitment process with support from OMD, a media communications agency, and Clemenger BBDO, a marketing communications company, acting on the Transport Agency’s behalf.

The personal information you provide is being collected by Clemenger BBDO and will be held securely and only accessed through their offices operating in Wellington, New Zealand in accordance with its privacy policy and shared with the NZ Transport Agency, OMD, and Clemenger BBDO for talent recruitment only.

Your information will not be disclosed to any other third party and will be securely destroyed at the end of the recruitment process. Under the Privacy Act you have the right to request access to and correction of any personal information held about you.
